🛍️ Wholesale Terms & Conditions – Quince Fables
Welcome to the Quince Fables Wholesale Program. We’re excited to partner with you! Please review the terms below carefully. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following conditions:
🔢 Order Minimums
- Opening order minimum: $200 USD
- Reorder minimum: $100 USD
- All prices listed are wholesale and in U.S. dollars.
⏱ Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days if items are available in stock.
If some items are not in stock, we will:
- Ship the available items first
- Then ship the remaining items within 3–4 weeks
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it is processed.
🚚 Shipping
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout.
- We ship via USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
💳 Payment Terms
- All orders must be prepaid before production or shipment.
- We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
📦 Returns & Damages
- We do not accept returns on wholesale orders except in the case of defective products.
- Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
- Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photo documentation.
📸 Photo Usage Policy
Retailers are welcome to use our product photos on their websites and social media channels, under the following conditions:
- Attribution is required on all social media posts.
- Please tag @quincefables on Instagram and Facebook when using our photos.
We appreciate your support in maintaining brand consistency!
⚖️ Legal & Brand Integrity
- Our products must not be resold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy).
- All designs remain the intellectual property of Quince Fables.
