TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Minimum opening order: $150 USD.
- Minimum reorder: $50 USD.
- Wholesale accounts are open to verified retail businesses, including brick-and-mortar shops, online boutiques, and curated concept stores.
- A valid reseller certificate or business license is required to open a wholesale account.
- We proudly ship to retailers worldwide.
- Turnaround Time: For items that are in stock, orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For backordered items, please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we will split the shipment and send available products first to avoid delays.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately, based on location and order volumeAll items are handmade, so slight variations may occur — that's part of the charmProducts may not be resold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or eBayWe reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications based on alignment with our brandWholesale prices are 50% of retail price.
