Do you ship globally?
> We ship to the following countries: EU / Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan. Other countries not listed depend on the product/item ordered. Please contact us for further details.
What are my shipping options?
> Domestic U.S.: You can choose to have a Standard shipping or an Express shipping for your order upon check-out. Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days (if the items are not made-to-order item) and costs $5-10 depending on the items. Express shipping is at 5-10 business days and costs $20-30 depending on the items.
Do you have Free shipping?
> You automatically get FREE shipping / waived shipping cost for orders totaling to $50 and above, under your one specified address at check-out.
When will my order be received?
> Depending on your chosen shipping method, you should receive your order package within 3-6 business days (for Standard Shipping) or 2-3 business days (for Express shipping). If you require faster delivery, please contact us in advance for arrangement.
How do i track my order?
> You can track your order here. Make sure you have your shipping number/code that is provided to you via email when the shipment was confirmed.
How do I cancel or change my order?
> You are given a chance to cancel/change your order within 24hrs from the time the order was made. You should make the cancellation/change immediately by providing the reason and details via our Contact Us page.
Will I have to pay for international taxes & duties?
> Based on your location, we already automatically handle major country and state taxes; and as per your country's customs arrangements, all other taxes and duties should be paid for by the customer.
Can I return an ordered item?
> We accept returns within 48hrs of receipt in the following two conditions only: (1) Damaged upon receipt (inside packaging) - customer shall send email / contact us with photo/s of the item within 48hrs; and (2) item received is Not the Same as the photos/description in the product information - customer shall send email with photos of the item received within 48hrs. What if my order has not arrived within due delivery date?
> Delivery Time is estimated to commence from the date of shipping from the warehouse, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected time frame due to some cases such as invalid address, your respective country's customs clearance procedures, holidays, or other uncontrollable causes.
In the rare cases where your package has not arrived on due time, please contact us immediately for our Customer Care team to take action and verify the status directly with our courier service provider and take due action.
Where do your products come from?
> Our products are all made by Vietnamese artisans in Vietnam and in U.S.
What is your wholesale policy?
> Our business is mainly retail, but in case you would need wholesale of our products - please contact us for enquires and further details.
Do you have warranty on your products?
> None, except when the item/s received are damaged during transit/shipping. You can visit our Return & Exchange page for more info.
Is your website secure?
> Quince Fables e-store is 256-bit SSL certified. Which means all our pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks. Also, our payment systems meet the global Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards which ensures trust with our customers.

> We accept major international credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
